Instructions on the right to withdraw from the contract

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes over the goods. For goods delivered in parts, 14 days are calculated from the acceptance of the last part/delivery.
For the purposes of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform Plastové součástky s.r.o., with its registered office at Na Slatince 3284/1, identification number: 283 82 595, in the form of a unilateral legal action. You can use the attached sample form to withdraw from the contract, but usage of this particular form is not necessary.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal before the expiry of the relevant period.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund you without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of your notice of withdrawal, all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs incurred as a result of your chosen method of delivery, which is different from the cheapest standard delivery method we offer). You will not incur additional costs by returning the payment. We will not refund your payment until we have received the returned goods or if you prove that you sent the goods back, whichever comes first.
You will bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods. You are only responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods as a result of handling these goods in a manner other which is necessary to become familiar with the nature and properties of the goods, including their functionality. We are entitled to unilaterally set off the right to compensation for damage for the value of the goods against your right to a refund of the purchase price.
